Drink du Jour – Gimlet

Gimlet Cocktail

  • 2 oz gin
  • 2 oz bottled lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar

Stir extremely well with ice.  Strain into a pre-chilled sugar rimmed cocktail glass.

I prefer the vodka gimlet; just substitute vodka for the gin.
