Americana
- 1 tsp bourbon
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 dash bitters
- 4 oz iced champagne
- 1 slice fresh peach
Stir bourbon, bitters and sugar in a pre-chilled champagne glass. Add champagne and peach slice.
