Drink du Jour – Torpedo Cocktail

Torpedo Cocktail

  • 1 dash gin
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz Calvados

Shake & strain into cocktail glass.

Note:  this is a prime example of a drink having a variety of different recipes.  If you do a search on Torpedo Cocktail, you will find several variations.  This recipe is the classic straight out of the Savoy Cocktail Book.
