Drink du Jour – Mai Tai

Mai Tai

  • 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 oz amaretto
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • Equal parts sweet & sour & pineapple juice

Shake well with ice and strain into ice filled glass.  Garnish with a flag.
