Caiprinha
- 1 lime
- 2 brown sugar cubes
- 1 3/4 oz cachaca
- simple syrup, to taste
Cut the lime into eighths, squeeze and place in an old fashioned glass; add the sugar cubes; muddle lime and sugar; fill the glass with ice; add the cahaca and stir vigorously; add simple syrup to taste.
