Drink du Jour – Champagne Cocktail

Champagne Cocktail

  • white sugar cube
  • dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 oz brandy
  • dry champagne

Drop sugar cube into bottom of champagne flute and sprinkle with bitters.  Add brandy and stir.  Gently add champagne.
