In honor of today’s precipitation: a classic cocktail: The Snowball Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 oz brandy
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg
- ginger ale
Method:
Combine brandy, simple syrup and egg in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into collins glass over ice and top with ginger ale.
Note: pasteurized eggs can be used to avoid possibility of food born illness.
