Drink du Jour – Peppermint Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz white creme de menthe
  • 1/4 oz peppermint schnapps

Method:

Combine ingredients in a shaker, shake and strain into cocktail glass.  Garnish with a peppermint stick.
