Drink du Jour – Santa’s Hat

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. red cranberry juice
  • 1 oz. Malibu Rum
  • 1/2 oz. grenadine

Method:

Combine ingredients in shaker, shake and strain into cocktail glass rimmed with coconut. Garnish with a peppermint stick.
