Ingredients:
- 2 oz brandy
- 1 oz light rum
- 3 oz apple juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 tsp dark rum
Method:
Combine all ingredients, except dark rum, in a shaker on ice. Shake well and strain into tall glass. Float dark rum on top.
