Ingredients: 1/2 oz Blue Curacao 1/2 oz Lime juice 1 oz OVAL Vodka 1/2 oz Licor 43 liqueur 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice Method: Mix all ingredients together with crushed ice in a glass and garnish with mint leaves.

Drink du Jour – Winter Chill

Ingredients: 1 ounce citrus vodka 1 ounce blue Curaçao 1 ounce lime juice 1 ounce triple sec. Method: Combine ingredients in shaker, shake and strain into cocktail glass.

Drink du Jour – Blue Martini

Blue Martini 2 oz vodka 1/2 oz blue curacao splash lime juice Chill martini glass.  Combine ingredients over ice in shaker; shake vigorously; strain into chilled glass; garnish with lemon twist or cherry.
