Manhattan 2 oz rye or bourbon 1/2 oz sweet vermouth Bitters, if desired Stir with cracked ice and strain.  Garnish with a cherry.

Drink du Jour – Americana

Americana 1 tsp bourbon 1/2 tsp sugar 1 dash bitters 4 oz iced champagne 1 slice fresh peach Stir bourbon, bitters and sugar in a pre-chilled champagne glass.  Add champagne and peach slice.
