Drink du Jour – Happy New Year

Ingredients: 1/4 oz Brandy 4 oz Champagne 3/4 oz Orange juice 3/4 oz Port Method: Mix together all ingredients with crushed ice in a glass, garnish with mint leaves and enjoy the new year!

Drink du Jour – Sidecar

Sidecar 3/4 oz brandy 1/2 oz  lemon juice 3/4 oz Cointreau Rim glass with coarse granulated sugar.  Shake ingredients well with cracked ice and strain into glass.

Stinger – traditional style 1 oz brandy 1/2 oz white creme de menthe Shake well with cracked ice and strain. There are many variation on the classic stinger.  Most are made by changing the brandy for another liquor.
