Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 3 oz cranberry juice
- champagne
Method:
Combine chilled Cointreau and cranberry juice in a chilled champagne flute; mix thoroughly. Top with champagne.

- 1 oz tequila
- 3/4 oz Midori
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz Cointreau
Shake all ingredients well with ice; strain into glass filled with ice.

1/2 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz Cointreau
Rim glass with coarse granulated sugar. Shake ingredients well with cracked ice and strain into glass.
