Ingredients: 1 dash lemon juice 1 oz brandy 1 oz Cointreau 1 oz Bacardi rum Method: Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

Drink du Jour – Poinsettia

Ingredients: 1/2 oz Cointreau 3 oz cranberry juice champagne Method: Combine chilled Cointreau and cranberry juice in a chilled champagne flute; mix thoroughly.  Top with champagne.

Green Iguana 1 oz tequila 3/4 oz Midori 3/4 oz lime juice 3/4 oz Cointreau Shake all ingredients well with ice; strain into glass filled with ice.

Drink du Jour – Sidecar

Sidecar 3/4 oz brandy 1/2 oz  lemon juice 3/4 oz Cointreau Rim glass with coarse granulated sugar.  Shake ingredients well with cracked ice and strain into glass.
