Ingredients: 1 dash creme de menthe 1 part orange juice 1 part grenadine 1 part dry vermouth 1 part brandy Method: Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with port wine.

Ingredients: 2 1/2 oz vodka 1 oz white creme de menthe 1/4 oz peppermint schnapps Method: Combine ingredients in a shaker, shake and strain into cocktail glass.  Garnish with a peppermint stick.
