Drink du Jour – Sugar & Spice Martini

Ingredients: 2 oz gin 3 oz apple cider 3/4 oz orange juice splash of brown sugar simple syrup Method: Combine ingredients in shaker, shake and strain into cocktail glass rimmed with sugar combined with a touch of cinnamon.

Spencer Cocktail 1 dash Angostura bitters 1 dash orange juice 1 oz apricot brandy 2 oz dry gin Shake well with ice and strain into cocktail glass.  Add a cherry.

Drink du Jour – THE Martini

Martini 2 oz gin 1/2 oz dry vermouth Chill martini glass.  Pour ingredients over ice in shaker tin.  Stir gently with bar spoon until ingredients are thoroughly chilled.  Strain into martini glass and garnish with an olive.

Drink du Jour – Singapore Sling

Singapore Sling 1 oz lemon juice 1/2 tsp sugar 1 oz cherry brandy 1 oz gin Shake well with cracked ice and pour unstrained into glass.  Garnish with a Flag.
