Drink du Jour – Gimlet

Gimlet Cocktail 2 oz gin 2 oz bottled lime juice 1 tsp sugar Stir extremely well with ice.  Strain into a pre-chilled sugar rimmed cocktail glass. I prefer the vodka gimlet; just substitute vodka for the gin.
