Drink du Jour – Silent Night Cap
Ingredients: 1/4 oz amaretto 1/2 oz Godiva white chocolate liquer 1/4 oz coffee liquer splash grenadine Method: Combine ingredients in shaker, shake and strain into snifter. Garnish with a sunken cherry.

Drink du Jour – Santa’s Hat
Ingredients: 3 oz. red cranberry juice 1 oz. Malibu Rum 1/2 oz. grenadine Method: Combine ingredients in shaker, shake and strain into cocktail glass rimmed with coconut. Garnish with a peppermint stick.
