Ingredients: 2 1/2 oz vodka 1 oz white creme de menthe 1/4 oz peppermint schnapps Method: Combine ingredients in a shaker, shake and strain into cocktail glass.  Garnish with a peppermint stick.

Rob Roy 2 oz scotch 1/2 oz sweet vermouth Bitters, if desired Stir with cracked ice and strain.  Garnish with a cherry.

Manhattan 2 oz rye or bourbon 1/2 oz sweet vermouth Bitters, if desired Stir with cracked ice and strain.  Garnish with a cherry.

Drink du Jour – THE Martini

Martini 2 oz gin 1/2 oz dry vermouth Chill martini glass.  Pour ingredients over ice in shaker tin.  Stir gently with bar spoon until ingredients are thoroughly chilled.  Strain into martini glass and garnish with an olive.

Midori Martini 2 oz vodka 1/2 oz Midori splash lime juice Chill martini glass.  Combine ingredients over ice in shaker; shake thoroughly; strain into glass.  Garnish with lime wedge or slice of melon.
