Drink du Jour – The Grinch

Ingredients: 2 oz Midori 1/2 oz lemon juice 1 tsp simple syrup Method: Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a cocktail glass.  Garnish with cherry or candy cane.

Green Iguana 1 oz tequila 3/4 oz Midori 3/4 oz lime juice 3/4 oz Cointreau Shake all ingredients well with ice; strain into glass filled with ice.

Drink du Jour – Midori Martini

Midori Martini 2 oz vodka 1/2 oz Midori splash lime juice Chill martini glass.  Combine ingredients over ice in shaker; shake thoroughly; strain into glass.  Garnish with lime wedge or slice of melon.
