Drink du Jour – New Orleans Buck

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz orange juice
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • ginger ale

Method:

Shake well and strain into 8 oz glass half filled with ice and top with ginger ale; stir.

Drink du Jour – Apple Brandy Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz  brandy
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 3 oz apple juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp dark rum

Method:

Combine all ingredients, except dark rum, in a shaker on ice.  Shake well and strain into tall glass. Float dark rum on top.

  • Juice of 1/4  lemon
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 2 oz Bacardi rum

Method:

Shake well with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

  • 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
  • 1 dash grenadine syrup

Method:

Drink du Jour – Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer

  • 1 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • cranberry juice

Method:

Build the drink in a collins glass over ice; box the drink and garnish with a lemon.
