Dark and Stormy 1 3/4 oz dark rum ginger beer 4 lime wedges Build the rum and ginger beer in a rocks glass.  Squeeze and drop lime wedges into the drink and stir gently.

Drink du Jour – Mai Tai

Mai Tai 1/2 oz light rum 1/2 oz dark rum 1/2 oz amaretto 1/2 oz triple sec Equal parts sweet & sour & pineapple juice Shake well with ice and strain into ice filled glass.  Garnish with a flag.
