Ingredients:
- 1 oz cream
- 3/4 oz triple sec
- 3/4 oz gin
- 2-3 dashes grenadine
Method:
Combine ingredients in shaker, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Drink du Jour – Winter Chill
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce citrus vodka
- 1 ounce blue Curaçao
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce triple sec.
Method:
Combine ingredients in shaker, shake and strain into cocktail glass.

Drink du Jour – Cosmopolitan
Cosmopolitan
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- splash lime juice
- splash cranberry
Chill glass. Combine ingredients on ice in shaker. Shake vigurously and strain into glass. Garnish with lemon twist or lime wedge.
Note: A Cosmopolitan should be pink and not red. If your Cosmo is red, you are using too much cranberry juice.
