Ingredients: 1 ounce citrus vodka 1 ounce blue Curaçao 1 ounce lime juice 1 ounce triple sec. Method: Combine ingredients in shaker, shake and strain into cocktail glass.

Ingredients: 2 1/2 oz vodka 1 oz white creme de menthe 1/4 oz peppermint schnapps Method: Combine ingredients in a shaker, shake and strain into cocktail glass.  Garnish with a peppermint stick.

Drink du Jour – Eggnog Martini

Ingredients: 1 oz vodka 1/3 cup eggnog Method: Combine in shaker and shake vigorously; strain into a cocktail glass.  Possible garnishes include a sprinkle of nutmeg, cinnamon stick and a peppermint stick or candy cane.
